What happens next

1. Order confirmation — keep the email/SMS. WhatsApp us on +91 9064 293 455 if anything looks wrong.
2. Dispatch — everyday items usually leave within 1–2 business days. Tracking is sent when the carrier scans the parcel.
3. Delivery — India essentials: 3–7 business days. BESTIA walking gear: 8–14 business days from Europe.
4. Use it — wash bowls and bottles before first use. For the Fur-Control Kit: glove on the coat, brush on fabric.
5. Review (optional) — after you have used it, reply on WhatsApp with a photo if you want. We only publish reviews customers actually send.
6. If something is damaged — 7-day replacement. Send the order number and a photo.
